📋 Description
• Collaborate with hospital marketers to ensure patients are well taken care of • Coordinate with the clinical team to confirm that necessary medical services are in place before accepting patient referrals • Manage the referral process and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Must be USRN licensed in New York (NY) • Strong clinical and documentation background • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Sharp attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer information
