• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ in client success, account management, or relationship-focused leadership roles. • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and deliver measurable results. • Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills. • Experience managing client lifecycle processes and retention strategies. • Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. • Experience in purpose-driven, education, or professional services industries is preferred. • Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
