📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and deliver an individualized student learning experience in an online environment. • Support school-wide initiatives that improve teaching and learning. • Collaborate with other instructional staff and school personnel to support the student’s academic plan. • Provide meaningful, timely feedback on assignments via the Learning Management System (LMS). • Welcome new students within one business day of enrollment. • Guide students in goal setting and progress monitoring. • Monitor and document student progress and communication in the Student Information System (SIS).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required. • Valid State Teaching Credential is preferred but not required. • Teaching experience required; Experience teaching in an online learning environment is preferred. • Ability to learn Student Information and Learning Management Systems. • Ability to motivate students and parents toward achieving good academic standing. • Ability to work with culturally diverse student populations. • Intermediate level of skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other technology applications.
