• Support a designated pod of 1–4 Loan Officers within the Inside Sales Division. • Assist borrowers throughout the application process by providing administrative support and guidance related to document collection and application completion. • Coordinate and schedule borrower appointments as directed by Loan Officers. • Guide borrowers through the e-signature process and assist with completion of required documents. • Communicate with borrowers to obtain outstanding application items and supporting documentation. • Track application progress and maintain consistent borrower follow-up to ensure timely completion. • Monitor application milestones and update loan status information within Salesforce. • Create and manage tasks within Salesforce to support pipeline progression and borrower follow-up efforts. • Review application packages for completeness and identify missing signatures, documents, or required information. • Partner closely with Loan Officers to proactively identify and resolve administrative obstacles impacting loan progress. • Maintain compliance with all company policies, consumer privacy requirements, RESPA guidelines, and applicable mortgage regulations.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience preferred. • Experience as a Loan Assistant, Loan Coordinator, Processor, Junior Processor, Sales Assistant, or similar mortgage support role strongly preferred.
