📋 Description

• Manages waste water, water treatment, and streetscape construction projects from inception to completion • Provides and drives the project vision established in collaboration with the client • Oversees construction projects from start to finish by developing a master project schedule • Identifies scope of work and performs quantity takeoffs from engineering plans • Continuously monitors project(s) to assure company and regulatory procedures are adhered to • Responsible for controlling and tracking costs and maintaining profitability for the project(s)

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline • 8+ years of experience working for a similarly positioned contractor as a Project Manager • Project size ranges from $5 million to $20 million • Previous experience working as a Foreman or Superintendent on similar projects a plus • Estimating experience, a strong plus • Proven ability to create and manage budget • Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail oriented • Proficient in technology (MS Office Suite, Primavera, AutoCAD, Vista)
