📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence within the Legal team • Optimize the full operational lifecycle of the department • Enable attorneys to focus on strategic legal work • Ensure seamless, efficient processes • Lead evaluation, implementation, and management of legal technology and AI-powered tools • Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure • Map and improve legal workflows • Develop scalable processes for high-volume legal work • Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal vendors • Oversee billing and matter management systems • Support budgeting and financial reporting • Maintain legal department KPIs • Curate knowledge management resources • Deliver training • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Over five years of experience in legal operations or a related field • Deep familiarity with legal technology • Proven track record in process improvement • Strong analytical skills • Project management skills • Communication skills • Experience in high-growth technology environments • Familiarity with AI tools in legal contexts
