• Assisting in preparing and analyzing the monthly financial statements • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and assisting with external audit requests • Performing complex accounting activities and financial analyses • Supporting monthly close and reporting: preparing financial statements and account analysis • Recording claims-related journal entries and supporting accurate financial reporting • Analyzing financial performance and payroll-related costs • Complying with Federal and state laws and Lucet Policies regarding privacy and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business • At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience • Working knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting systems • Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment including criminal search, SSN validation, education report, and drug screen.
