📋 Description
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans • Supervise ABA staff and provide feedback • Conduct assessments and analyze data • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers • Support parent education and skill generalization
🎯 Requirements
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification • Experience in developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans • Ability to supervise and provide feedback to ABA staff • Strong skills in conducting assessments and analyzing data • Effective collaboration with families and interdisciplinary providers
