📋 Description

• Assists a multidisciplinary team with providing service to at-risk patients. • Ensures seamless network integration and daily network operation success. • Attends to operational and clinical needs as well as data, quality, and educational needs. • Integrates all-new network practices to the program and collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery. • Utilizes knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Healthcare or 5 years' experience in a healthcare setting will be considered as equivalent to Bachelor's degree. • 3 years Office coordinator or project coordinator and/or manager. • Ability to multi-task and handle interruption with ease. • Demonstrates a functional knowledge of insurance, managed care plans, and medical authorizations. • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of EMR clinical systems and data collection.
