📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of approximately 100 active personal injury litigation cases with the support of a dedicated paralegal team. • Lead all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. • Negotiate and communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers to ensure the best possible outcomes. • Oversee case settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and other parties. • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop winning litigation strategies and further your legal skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a personal injury plaintiff attorney. • Licensed to practice law in Texas. • Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, mediations, and trial work. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your caseload efficiently.
