📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements from the product team and stakeholders; • Describe user scenarios, business logic, and processes; • Participate in shaping product solutions together with design and development teams; • Align solutions with product metrics and stream goals; • Generate and refine hypotheses, participate in A/B testing; • Take into account user behavior and improve user experience; • Participate in research and collect user feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner • Understanding of software development processes and Agile/Waterfall methodologies • Strong systems thinking and ability to structure and analyze information • Experience in process modeling (BPMN, UML, or similar tools) • Experience working with both technical and product stakeholders • Data-driven mindset, including experience with product metrics, hypothesis generation, and A/B testing • Proactive approach with a focus on improving products and processes • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly • English level B2+
