📋 Description
• work remotely 20 hours a week • serve as the primary Salesforce administrator supporting a live client environment • own day-to-day platform operations, user support, and configuration updates • manage a structured cadence of enhancements and issue resolution • translate business requirements into system changes that improve usability, reporting, and operational efficiency • maintain data integrity, ensuring the platform remains stable and well-governed • continuously optimize configurations to align with evolving business needs
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a production environment • Active Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Administrator a plus) • Strong experience with user management, security model (roles, profiles, permission sets), and data governance • Proficiency in Flow automation, reporting, dashboards, and core platform configuration • Experience supporting regulated industries (utilities, energy, or government) preferred • Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting capacity with minimal oversight • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively
