• Lead end-to-end workplan development with national counterparts and oversee operational execution of scoping visits, needs assessments, and deployment activities • Ensure the operational feasibility of the CI-EWARS platform design by validating assumptions against local infrastructure, data availability, and institutional readiness • Translate technical blueprints into implementable components and manage the national training rollout strategy • Design and facilitate in-person and hybrid knowledge exchange workshops across technical assistance countries • Work closely with country teams to support stakeholder consultations, key informant interviews, and field assessments • Coordinate with technical experts, Ministry of Health counterparts, and Global Fund technical assistance implementing partners • Develop high-quality communication materials, including technical reports, presentations, and briefs for internal and external audiences • Travel internationally (~15%) to technical assistance countries as required
• Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Epidemiology, Health Informatics, or a related discipline • Minimum of 6 years of progressive professional experience in relevant roles • Demonstrated expertise in technical assistance delivery, capacity strengthening, or program implementation within national health systems • Strong familiarity with health data ecosystems, national surveillance architectures, and the current landscape of AI and data analytics tools applied to public health • Proven experience managing or supporting technology implementation, digital health rollouts, or data platform deployments in low- and middle-income country (LMIC) settings • Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through implementation • Exceptional ability to communicate across technical and policy audiences • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English • Written and oral fluency in French is highly desirable
