📋 Description

• Plan, promote, and execute demand and lead generation marketing plans to drive program acquisition through paid media, webinars, and web placements • Design and manage outbound lead generation campaigns across web, email, LinkedIn, social media, and paid advertising channels • Support additional digital marketing efforts, including content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, and campaign analysis • Craft clear, persuasive messaging tailored to distinct audience segments • Monitor campaign performance metrics and iterate to optimize results • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to align on goals, lead quality, and follow-up strategies • Use marketing automation and CRM tools to manage campaigns and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant digital marketing experience • Strong understanding of startups and the startup ecosystem • Proven experience executing paid media, web, webinar, and other lead generating campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Product Hunt • Strong command of digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media outreach, paid ads, and content marketing • Proficiency with webinar platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar, or similar) and marketing automation/CRM tools (Marketo, Salesforce) • Excellent communication skills with strong copywriting ability • Data-driven approach focused on tracking performance and optimizing campaigns • Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. • Marketing copywriting expertise • Basic graphic design or video editing skills • Demonstrated success driving lead generation and increasing program signups • Experience with account based marketing campaigns on LinkedIn
