📋 Description

• Provide warm, empathetic responses to incoming calls from students needing support or who may be in crisis • Complete risk assessments and de-escalate crisis intensity to prevent self-harm or harm to others. • Collaborate with students to develop a plan for safety and recommend next steps. • Initiate follow-up calls to check on client welfare and encourage service linkage. • Maintain clinical documentation, ensuring detailed and accurate logging of user sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience practicing telehealth, crisis management, or in a call center environment • Training and experience in assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning • Ability to learn, maintain and demonstrate mastery of clinical policy, call handling, and operational protocols • Proven ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and maturity • Ability to exercise excellent independent judgment with minimal direct supervision • Schedule flexibility with openness to work a non-traditional schedule that may include evenings and/or weekends.
