📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions that improve end-to-end purchase experiences. • Apply agile principles to manage requirements, prioritize work, and adapt to evolving business needs. • Investigate operational challenges, analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements. • Develop clear and actionable business requirements and user stories for system enhancements and new product implementations. • Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI-driven tools that optimize processes, workflows, and decision-making. • Coordinate testing and implementation plans to support successful delivery of enhancements. • Act as a mentor and technical expert, guiding junior team members and promoting best practices. • Share knowledge and foster collaboration across business units to support consistency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5–7 years of progressive business analysis experience. • Strong understanding of financial services operations and customer experience principles. • Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. • Ability to influence and negotiate to meet project objectives in a dynamic environment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business process improvement is preferred. • Familiar with intelligent document processing and Power Bi is a plus. • Demonstrated adaptability across diverse processes, departments, and business priorities. • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams toward process improvement initiatives and measurable results. • Experience collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve strategic goals.
