📋 Description

• Build and maintain Marathon's marketing attribution model • Develop standardized campaign performance dashboards for use by the marketing team • Own funnel analysis across the full member journey from eligibility through activation • Design and analyze incrementality tests that isolate true lift from campaigns • Partner with the lifecycle marketing manager and marketing automation team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing or related field • 3-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related function • Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI tool • Strong SQL skills
