• Provide outstanding concierge service by managing and fulfilling diverse member requests promptly and accurately. • Coordinate travel bookings including accommodations, transfers, dining reservations, and activities in line with member preferences. • Research and recommend unique, luxury experiences tailored to individual member interests. • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, transportation providers, and local partners globally. • Communicate proactively with members to provide updates and ensure satisfaction throughout their travel experience. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service delivery and enhance the overall member experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge services, luxury travel planning, or hospitality. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and work under pressure. • Knowledge of luxury travel products, destinations, and lifestyle experiences is highly preferred. • Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus. • Flexible and adaptable with a proactive problem-solving mindset. • Based in North America and willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
