📋 Description
• Facilitate kick off meetings that define expectation • Identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and develop and manage adherence to the proposal schedule • Facilitate strategy discussions and collaborate with team to develop strategy and win themes • Schedule and facilitate proposal review meetings • Develop page layout and manage proposal documents • Lead the team in the development of visual and written content for proposals; draft and/or edit proposal narrative as necessary • Communicate and coordinate status with the proposal team
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • 3+ years of proposals experience • 1+ years in AEC industry preferred • Familiarity with regional and local public agencies preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams • Experience in Adobe InDesign is a plus
