• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose • Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community • Makes brief visits to company worksites regularly • Provides pastoral discussions for employees and their immediate families • Assists in planning, conducting, or attending funerals • Works with companies to serve notifications of death • Provides post-termination care for laid-off or terminated employees • Participates in new employee orientation to explain the Employee Care Service

• Ability to work as a member of interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting • Skills to effectively listen and interact with clients, employees, and their families • Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diverse groups • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated skill in analyzing information to define and follow up on problems or objectives • Demonstrated computer proficiency using Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or other equivalent software • Must have an active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance
