📋 Description

• Identify, research, and engage prospective cell and gene therapy manufacturers • Conduct outbound outreach and lead generation activities • Support initial discovery discussions and build relationships • Support early-stage qualification and shaping of CGT commercialization opportunities • Collaborate closely with Commercial Operations, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • 2+ years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, consulting, sales support, or related roles supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services organizations. • Experience supporting direct engagement with biopharmaceutical manufacturers preferred • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery and pharmaceutical drug development and commercialization lifecycles. • Ability to engage professionally and credibly with manufacturer stakeholders
