📋 Description

• Directs complex projects involving cross-functional teams and matrix partners • Leads various project types including launch of new products and services • Develops and oversees financial forecasts and reconciles project expenditures • Manages risk and issues; develops mitigation measures • Manages the project lifecycle and oversees all phases of a project • Communicates with stakeholders; ensures timely and succinct communication • Defines and tracks project milestones; maintains a delivery plan • Mentors colleagues to influence and build relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years' work experience in IT Project Management, healthcare experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering complex projects. • PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred • Agile Project Management and Scrum Certification strongly preferred • Proven ability to build strong relationships and earn trust • Proven ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization. • Excellent written and oral communication capability and presentation skills. • Exhibits influencing and negotiating skills. • Displays business and technical acumen. • Experience with stakeholder management. • Proven core project management skills including knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
