• The Director of IT Integration leads McWane’s enterprise integration strategy and their D365 Support Team. • Optimize how software is used, share best practices, and combine data from core systems to generate business insights. • Lead the support team in meeting with plant/division teams, triage/prioritize requests, and translate needs into actionable changes in Dynamics. • Help define strategy, standards, and priorities for system‑to‑system integrations and data flows across divisions. • Coordinate with existing D365 divisions to optimize their use of the system, work to roll out new features. • Build culture amongst the support team consistent with the McWane Way; set goals, coach, and develop talent.
• Bachelor’s degree plus related experience is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of related education and/or experience is required. • 8–12+ years in enterprise systems, data engineering, or application platforms; 5+ years leading teams delivering mission‑critical integrations ideally in a Manufacturing setting. • Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain; Customer Engagement) solution enablement and data flows. • Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps), Dataverse, Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Functions), SQL/SSIS. • PowerBI, knowledge of Fabric, ability to interface between technical developers and business needs.
