📋 Description

• Responsible for handling and supervision of complex and litigated liability and property claims • Investigate coverage, liability and damages, negotiating with contractors, public adjusters and attorneys • Maintain a pending and closing ratio of 100% • Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of reserves and payments • Present large loss report and communicate with their manager as well as internal and external customers
