📋 Description

• Design realistic evaluation scenarios: Independently identify meaningful software engineering tasks, determine clear grading criteria, and select the appropriate tools and workflows that allow AI agents to complete tasks. • Influence technical direction: Directly shape product development, make key architectural decisions, and contribute to growing our engineering team at an early-stage startup.

🎯 Requirements

• Are about to graduate university, or have 1-5 years of experience building software products • Write fluent Python and TypeScript (React) • Have practical experience with designing CI/CD processes
