📋 Description

• Technical support in the operating room (OR) (pre-, intra- and postoperative) for hospital staff • Advising on product application and specifications • Identifying sales opportunities across the entire product portfolio and additional products (cross- and up-selling), coordinating with field sales on sales tactics and initiating quotations • Optimizing the use of spine instruments and managing delivery-related tasks • Planning case support with Account Sales Representatives based on account prioritization • Training hospital staff to independently perform clinical procedures and use devices (on-site trainings, field training courses using existing materials and media) • Supporting conferences and meetings • Reporting activities and matters in accordance with management requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in business, science, or a medical field • Knowledge of the medical market and experience in neuromodulation • Strong ability to build customer relationships • Goal-oriented and structured work approach • Analytical and strategic strengths • Team player • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Ideally several years of sales experience as a medical device representative or clinical sales specialist in neurology • OR experience and solid technical understanding are an additional advantage
