📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple software development teams, typically supporting 2 to 4 teams with 5 to 10 members each • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for team members and team leads • Drive Agile best practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Ensure predictable delivery of high-quality releases aligned to product roadmaps and business commitments • Guide teams on system design, integration patterns, and scalable application development • Partner with architects and senior engineers to ensure technical consistency across platforms • Align development efforts with healthcare regulatory requirements and RCM workflows • Maintain working knowledge of claims processing, billing, remittance, and denial management systems • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting updates, risks, and strategy in a business-focused manner • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and client-facing teams • Support team capacity planning, staffing alignment, and organizational priorities • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 8 years of experience in software development or engineering roles • Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple development teams • Working knowledge of application platforms, APIs, and modern development practices • Experience with healthcare systems or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
