📋 Description
• The Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in delivering seamless implementations and high-impact managed services for both new and existing customers. • Responsible for innovation and leadership in developing and implementing initiatives that support client goals and objectives. • Expected to be responsible for client onboarding activities including core connectivity and third-party integrations. • Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations through the deployment cycle. • Proactively identify issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they become escalation items.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience • Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems • Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
