📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic service on Metrohm laboratory instruments at customer sites. • Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation issues as needed. • Provide technical support to customers in person, by phone, email, and Microsoft Teams. • Document service activities and maintain service records. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal partners. • Effectively manage and prioritize service requests across a large geographic territory. • Attend training programs at Metrohm USA headquarters in Tampa, Florida.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to test, diagnose, and repair technical equipment. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. • Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or another STEM-related field. • Laboratory experience, including familiarity with laboratory equipment and practices. • Previous technical service, maintenance, or field service experience. • Experience traveling for work.
