📋 Description
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of real estate and development documents, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, Loan documents, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, Easements and development agreements, Construction contracts and cost-sharing agreements • Partner with clients to support commercial and residential development projects across the Carolinas • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across multiple offices

• At least 7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on land use and development • Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex transactional matters • Proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
