📋 Description

• Enable business and IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance current operational demands and strategic vision • Provide technology guidance, road maps, principles, and best practices within Capability Domains • Evaluate existing projects and assess required business capabilities • Create and drive architectural roadmaps that drive business transformation

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of Enterprise Architecture experience • Sound experience of building out enterprise technical solutions and strategies • Leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders • Proven experience as a domain architect or enterprise architect supporting a large insurance or brokerage organization • TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Certification
