📋 Description

• Reporting to the Group Leader, leads and manages all financial aspects for the group unit and supports 6 business units. • Provide strategic financial leadership on issues affecting the business • Monitor and input on key metrics of customer performance across Group businesses, including customer profitability and attrition. • Accountable for accurate and timely monthly/quarterly consolidated financial reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting in accordance with IFRS. • Lead and implement introduction of new systems and processes such as new financial systems, expense management and other reporting systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience comparable role with accounting and controlling scope with people leadership • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Strong ability to influence resources within the organisation without direct reporting relationship • Well versed in the adoption and use of AI tools for forecasting and other finance functions
