• Focuses on customer acquisition and retention by providing prospective members with qualifying services available • Interacts with external and internal customers in a professional, helpful, and courteous manner • Assists in the processing of new member referrals and entering member information into company databases • Escalates member complaints or concerns to more senior team members • Answers member questions using scripted and non-scripted responses • Maintains access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned
