📋 Description

• Create high-quality motion and animation assets for campaigns, educational explainers, product demos, livestreams, and social media content. • Develop animated logos, transitions, and brand motion that reinforce Monad’s visual identity. • Design and animate event collateral, including graphics for conferences, hackathons, and community activations. • Translate static design systems into polished, expressive animation with strong attention to timing, rhythm, and composition. • Collaborate with the Design and Content Teams to ensure all motion aligns with Monad’s brand and creative direction. • Contribute during early concept and storyboarding phases to help shape how ideas move. • Build and maintain motion libraries and reusable assets for consistency and scalability. • Stay current on trends and techniques in animation, design, and technology to bring fresh thinking to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven motion design experience for brand, product, or marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, timing, and design craft. • Strong foundation in After Effects, Lottie and handoff specifications with interest or experience in Figma, Rive, and AI tooling. • Solid grasp of typography, layout, color, and animation principles. • Comfortable collaborating with designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams. • Experience building or maintaining motion libraries and reusable assets. • Organized, adaptable, and curious about new tools and workflows. • Thoughtful about accessibility and how motion can enhance clarity and user experience. • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
