📋 Description

• Design and produce direct-response paid social static creative (and static-adjacent motion where needed) against briefs for active Meta testing sprints — every asset built to drive a specific action, informed by performance data • Turn winning concepts into fresh variations and format extensions for continued testing • Apply and maintain Monarch's brand and design system across every asset • Translate briefs, rough direction, and performance signals into strong, on-brand first drafts that need minimal redirection • Keep design files, templates, and asset libraries clean, organized, and reusable

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic/visual design experience, ideally in paid social or direct-response / performance creative • A strong portfolio of static ad/social creative demonstrating craft, range, and typography/layout fundamentals • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) • The ability to work fast and iterate at testing volume without dropping quality • Capable AI fluency — comfortable using generative tools to work faster
