• Operations Analyst role within Client Relations Group at Parametric. • Deliver operational processes and client activities. • Ensure timely and efficient execution of onboarding and oversight functions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service quality. • Manage billing accuracy and client relationships. • Participate in ad-hoc projects for skill development.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel. • Ability to manage high volumes of data under tight deadlines. • Strong organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented and process driven with a strong focus on accuracy • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
