📋 Description

• Own Morning Consult’s annual events calendar • Develop Morning Consult’s event presence strategy across tiers • Build a decision framework for event investment • Stay close to the industry calendar across key verticals • Own end-to-end logistics for all Morning Consult event activations • Manage multiple events simultaneously with precision • Coordinate pre-event sales and executive briefings • Develop post-event follow-up frameworks • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors • Own event ROI reporting • Partner with Director, Growth Marketing on strategies • Collaborate with Communications and Content teams • Support executive visibility programs • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Sales and BDR teams • Partner with Revenue Operations for lead tracking • Work closely with Communications team on event PR • Collaborate with marketing team on event-adjacent content

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or integrated B2B marketing experience • Demonstrated track record of owning events end-to-end • Proven ability to connect event investment to commercial outcomes • Strong project management skills and extraordinary attention to detail • Experience working in close partnership with sales teams • Comfort presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders • Hands-on experience with at least one event management platform: Splash, Bizzabo, Cvent, or similar.
