📋 Description

• Define and execute MotorEnvy’s tokenization strategy. • Lead technical design, tokenomics, and compliance planning. • Manage development of smart contracts and blockchain integrations. • Work with custodians, auditors, and regulatory advisors. • Build and scale a blockchain division within MotorEnvy.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in blockchain engineering or tokenization projects • Experience designing or launching token-based products • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take ownership • Comfort with compliance-heavy industries (finance, automotive, or real estate is a plus).
