📋 Description
• Lead complex and high-value client implementations • Oversee delivery of platform and technical installs • Ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences • Partner with Product Management to operationalize new and enhanced products • Actively manage pipeline pull-through with Sales • Own operational risk management across CCI • Build and develop CCI capacity
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 year relevant experience, OR lieu of a degree, A combined minimum of 11 years higher education and/or work experience including 3 years relevant experience • 9 years supervisory/operations experience
