📋 Description
• Support Intellectual Property practice by managing patent prosecution tasks. • Handle docketing, billing, client correspondence, and document filings with USPTO. • Obtain IDS references from databases and proofread attorney-generated work.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of general IP experience, highly preferred. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. • Strong organizational and writing skills. • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment. • Sufficiently computer literate and capable in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Microsoft Excel is a plus. • Must be able to lift/carry at least 20 lbs. • Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED certificate. A college degree is a plus.
