📋 Description

• The Volleyball Coach will play a vital role in developing and implementing volleyball programs that engage, educate, and inspire participants of all ages. • This role involves planning events, coordinating activities, and fostering an environment that promotes health, fitness, confidence, teamwork, and community engagement. • Coaches will lead training sessions, provide mentorship, and create unforgettable, transformative experiences for the kids.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in volleyball, sports management, recreation, or program coordination. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Passion for sports and recreational activities with a community-oriented mindset. • Previous experience in cheer highly encouraged • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
