📋 Description

• Read Meta and Google ad performance data daily • Identify which hooks are fatiguing, which formats are holding attention, and which audiences are saturating • Translate signals into structured creative briefs • Build and prioritize a testing roadmap with media buyers • Brief designers, video editors, copywriters, and UGC creators • Track UGC trends across TikTok and Instagram • Iterate on existing UGC concepts based on performance data • Write UGC-style scripts that sound like real people

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related role • Demonstrated experience writing structured creative briefs, not mood boards • DTC or e-commerce experience strongly preferred • Comfortable in a remote, fast-moving agency environment managing multiple client accounts and external creative partners simultaneously • Strong written communication • Hands-on UGC scriptwriting experience, ideally with a portfolio or examples of scripts that turned into produced ads • Working fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting
