📋 Description

• Assess Current Data Environment • Design Enterprise Data Architecture • Develop Integration and Interoperability Framework • Establish Data Governance and Standards • Support Reporting and Analytics • Deliver Technical Documentation and Knowledge Transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Evaluate existing County and partner systems, data sources, and integration points • Identify data quality and interoperability gaps • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with CalAIM, HIPAA, and County data standards • Define secure data exchange mechanisms, APIs, and ETL processes for cross-system sharing • Create and document data dictionaries, metadata standards, and governance procedures ensuring compliance and data integrity • Design data structures and schemas to enable operational dashboards, outcome tracking, and State-mandated CalAIM reporting • Produce clear technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and provide knowledge transfer to County IT staff
