📋 Description
• Develop and execute NDTC’s digital asset operation strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations • Oversee daily operations related to NDTC client digital assets, including onboarding, custody, transfers, settlements, reconciliation, and reporting • Experience leading or coordinating with marketing, IT, content, and customer service teams • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes and workflows • Ensure operational readiness for new digital asset products, platforms, or partners • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align priorities and provide updates • Establish and maintain operational controls aligned with regulatory, legal, and internal risk requirements • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and policies • Develop incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans for digital asset operations • Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and IT teams to support wallets, custody solutions, blockchain integrations, and supporting systems • Oversee vendor selection and management for custody, trading, analytics, and monitoring tools • Ensure operational resilience, system uptime, and data integrity • Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and risk metrics • Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high operational standards • Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit requirements related to digital assets • Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing digital asset operations team • Define roles, responsibilities, and coverage models to support 24/7 or global operations if required • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence • Serve as a key operational advisor to senior leadership on digital asset strategy and scalability • Support product launches, partnerships, and expansion into new asset types or markets • Identify operational risks and opportunities tied to new technologies, regulations, or market conditions
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with digital asset custody, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection standards • Ability to operate in fast‑paced, evolving regulatory and technology environments • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
