🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of coding experience • 1-2 years of leadership experience • 3 years of quality assurance auditing experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required • Highly organized and task-oriented • Strong analytical skills with expertise in documentation review and data analysis • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage workflow challenges • Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
