📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and transactional support for global teams • Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements and transactional documents • Ensure transactions are legally sound and consistent with policies • Apply strong analytical judgment and risk-management skills • Build relationships across the Conservancy

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent and license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • Five (5) years relevant legal experience including significant experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements • Demonstrated carbon markets and climate expertise • Strong corporate transactional background • In-house and/or law firm experience advising sophisticated clients • Demonstrated ability to work closely as part of a team
