📋 Description

• Respond quickly to high-intent inbound Zillow leads and create a strong first impression • Build trust and long-term relationships from the first interaction • Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction • Show homes, conduct buyer consultations, and present offers with confidence • Help clients make informed decisions in a competitive market • Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to protect your clients and win deals • Use Navigate's proven systems, CRM, and technology to stay organized and consistent • Track conversations and follow up to convert opportunities into closings • Leverage Navigate's marketing, brand, and tools to grow your database and referral business • Stay up to date on market trends, contracts, and fair housing guidelines • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accountability to continually improve

🎯 Requirements
