• Managing escalated tickets from Tier 1/2 and installation groups • Interfacing with off-net carriers • Performing network adjustments as needed • Ensuring customer configurations are current • Maintaining and creating technical documentation • Analyzing and resolving advanced service issues • Collaborating with cross-functional teams • Monitoring and optimizing network performance • Updating and maintaining records of customer interactions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 2-5 Years of related work experience • Skills in IPv4-IPv6, MPLS Networking, Network Monitoring Tools, NOC Operations, Routing Protocols, Software-Defined Networking Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), Switching Protocols
