📋 Description
• Execute high-volume system updates (rate changes, transfers, discounts, cycle moves) • Partner with business and technology teams to deliver automated billing solutions • Validate and support deployments to ensure accuracy and compliance • Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities • Support off-hours releases and high-impact changes
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in billing systems (CSG, Amdocs, Ascendon, or prepaid) • SQL/database proficiency (Oracle) • Experience in system configuration, billing operations, and automation • Bachelor's Degree • Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years
