• Help Desk Technician at Nebulon Dynamics, a leading engineering firm. • First line of support for technical issues via phone, email, or chat. • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. • Train staff on new software and hardware, creating documentation. • Ensure positive, professional, and solution-focused customer service. • Manage hardware and software inventory, assisting with procurement.
• Education: Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role. • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and basic networking. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with help desk software and remote desktop tools. • Understanding of IT security practices and data privacy. • Basic knowledge of networking (VPNs, firewalls, routers). • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Patience and a customer-first attitude.
